Market North Apartments Update and Special Guest

Construction is moving along at Market North. Almost half of the buildings are complete or underway. Those who were forced to evacuate in 2018 are excited to see the improvements brought to them by the Vitus Group. From speaking with the tenants, it appears they are most excited to have a washer and dryer in their homes. On top of that, several had the pleasure to even meet and speak with North Carolina's governor, Roy Cooper. His visit was on behalf of non-profit organization, The Green Chair Project. With the help of the Red Cross, they were able to provide $150,000 in much needed furniture for the returning residents.
